Our reservation and check-in policies are listed below.

1. Check-in time is 4:00pm (Room is guaranteed until 2:00am)

2. Check-out is 11:00am

3. Cancellations prior to 72 hours of your arrival will be accepted without charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your arrival will result in a cancellation fee of the first night's rate plus tax.

4. Pets are not allowed. (Accommodations for your pet are available at a local pet resort)
5. Registered guest must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

6. All reservations require payment for room & tax upon check-in. This may be done by way of a secured credit card authorization or cash payment in full.

7. In addition to payment for room & tax, guest must also provide a credit card for additional authorization in the amount of 40% of room & tax for incidental coverage. All reservations require additional authorization for incidentals.

8. Guests staying in lodge rooms only, may opt to provide a $250 cash security deposit in place of the additional authorization for incidental coverage. Cash security deposits are not accepted for villas and cabins.

9. Room charging privelages will be granted only to those reservations with a credit card authorized for the additional 40% incidental coverage.

Grizzly Jack's is located on 60 acres of peaceful wooded resort and we're right across the road from Starved Rock State Park, Illinois' most unique family recreation area. Take a morning and hike the canyons, climb Starved Rock or stroll by the Illinois river. There are plenty of other local activities to choose from including horseback riding, golf, Matthiessen State Park and antique shopping in some great small towns.
